The vertical columns of the body adopt C-section steel. For the 1-ton model, the standard cylinder piston rod is a 30 mm hard-chrome plated solid rod. High-quality oil seals are fitted on the whole vehicle to completely eliminate oil leakage issues. The hydraulic cylinder is independently researched and designed by our company, delivering fast and reliable lifting. Hydraulic lifting and lowering run at steady and controllable speeds. Pulley transmission is arranged between the mast sections to ensure zero sway and ultra-stable performance when the mast is raised. The valve core adopts a split structure, different from integrated parts for easier maintenance. The whole machine is equipped with Harbin bearing assemblies for superior wear resistance and longer service life. The heart-shaped handle features strong bending resistance, is not easy to deform, and looks elegant, comfortable and attractive. The double-chain design of the whole machine ensures smoother lifting and lowering. The unique freely adjustable clamping jaws are suitable for various types of oil drums.
